If I understand ingredients list correctly, this one uses real vanilla and has zero sugar. It also sets up as you mix it so you can use as soon as you finish mixing in 3-5 minutes. Of course, it gets even better if you refrigerate it for a while, but nice not having to wait. We have also used the chocolate and butterscotch versions -- they are excellent too.

... if you're watching your carbs. At first the stevia has some aftertaste. But I think most people get used it pretty fast. I did.

The pudding does have a great banana flavor and the kids like it pretty well. I’ve used it a few times to make a banana pudding with the home made whip cream and vanilla wafers (all sugar free) and has been a pretty good, low-carb dessert. I do find that you have to use more of the packet (I usually use two packets) and less liquid than they recommend in the instructions to get a good pudding product. Works well blended in the Vitamix.

Awful taste. Doesn't whip up like pudding

I was worried that the powder was just directly inside the box without and other packaging since some of the powder was clearly spilled everwhere. Turns out, the packaging is similar to Jello where there’s a packet inside the box. One of the packets was not properly sealed and spilled out its box.The taste is fine. Not bad but it does have a mild “diet” aftertaste.

I started adding a little of this to my protein shakes for extra flavor and thickening. I like this with the natural sweetener of Stevia instead of the other brand that has the artificial sweeteners. The strawberry flavor goes really well with my chocolate protein powder when I blend it in my little single serve blender.

One word. YUM. We made a cleaner version of the Banana Pudding for Easter and it turned out so good. I highly recommend this brand if you are trying to clean up your diet, but still want to splurge a little on special occasions.
