My dog gobbles them up. His itching does seem less intense.

Dog allergy treats usually help my dogs, especially my sweet girl Penny who has severe skin issues, has an hereditary form of mange that is trigger by stress and allergies to grass and pollen.These treats helped some, but were not as effective as other treats I’ve used in the past. They were better than nothing.Several of these a day for about 4 weeks, (she’s 70 lbs) and the itching slowly subsides and stays at a minimum unless I forget to give them to her for 3-4 days or run out.Giving dog treats is so much easier than trying to give her benedryl (or the vet prescription, which is expensive) multiple times a day. While dog allergy meds work, they usually make her very drowsy and only last 8 hours, whereas these seem to keep her from having that itchy reaction in the first place rather than suppressing it.Tbh when I first tried dog allergy treats I didn’t expect them to make any difference, but the ones with colostrum really do the job!

I ordered this because my little Corgi seemed to be suffering from allergies this year. With her short legs, every time she sneezed she hit her nose on the floor. I hoped this would help. After about two weeks of use, this seems to be working. She still sneezes, but not nearly as often and her skin doesn't seem to be so flaky and itchy. I'm not sure if this will be a long term fix, but it certainly isn't hurting. She gets 8 chews daily for her size and this supply will last for about 3 weeks. I think the cost is reasonable and will continue using. She likes the flavor and I have no problem getting her to take her treats. She hasn't had any adverse reactions to it. I think it smells terrible and it has like a powdery coating. However, it's not for me to try and my Corgi completely approves.

My wife ordered these so here are her comments:One of our dogs started chewing on the pads of her paws and between her toes. It became very red and inflamed. We assumed it was some kind of allergy - maybe to the grass in our backyard. So I decided to give these chews a try. She eats them up like treats! And after 2 weeks, she has mostly stopped chewing on her feet!! Very happy!!

My dog has fall time allergies and was more than happy to eat it’s new “treats”. I don’t know if they worked since I gave the dog a bath too, and he quit itching afterwards. If he started getting all itchy again I plan to use these, and give him a bath a few days later. I do want to know if they work, but since I don’t speak dog - I will have to play the wait and see game!

My dog is really picky - even about his treats. He has refused to eat other allergy products, so I didn't know if he would eat these, but he likes them. He has only been getting the full dose for about a week now, but his eyes already are watering less and he doesn't lick his paws as much. I have high hopes for these allergy chews, but gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they are very crumbly and make a mess when he eats them. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if I see continued improvement in his allergy symptoms.

All three of our dogs love the taste, and will gobble these happily.We have not, in the first week of use, noticed any detectable difference in our one dog that has chronic itchy ears. Just as with herbal supplements for humans, it's probably best not to expect any medical miracles from eating a few treats. But it's surely healthier for the dogs than eating table scraps.
