It's not sticking properly and also not so cushioning. I didn't get benefit by it still gets the shoe bite at the back of the foot. It became too yellow after few uses

This is soo good for heels . It's material is soo sticky and good that I won't move if once sticked. Protects from blisters so well. Overall , it's a bomb product .
