This backpack is far better than I thought It would be. Excellent material, put together well, several pockets. Perfect size. I couldn't be happier.

This is my Druid "Crane Bag," and I absolutely love it. It is perfect for what I am using it for, has plenty of space for all that I need, and feels extremely well made and comfortable. I DO wish it had a pouch for a water container, but we can't have it all, right?

My HS son picked this out, and has been using it daily for several months. It's unique, not like all the jansports, which is what he likes about it. It is heavyweight canvas, feels very solid with no sign of wear so far even though he packs it full.

If you need a laptop backpack, this ain’t it. Reason being is the laptop compartment is very loose padding as in when you store your laptop in that compartment, it sits right up against your back if you strap it on your backside and there’s literally zero padding between you and your device. I don’t like this particular design because there’s just too little cushion between you and the device itself.This bag is PERFECT for clothing. As in a gym bag because the amount of space is like a laundry hamper. It’s deep and open and you can toss in lots of clothing and carry it around easily. For books it will work great as well due to how well it opens up but for devices, I would not trust laptops in this bag due to its design (which is a wide open bag). The materials are of a denim type feel to it like a pair of soft jeans and the main compartment has a drawstring which you cinch close easily. You can use the decorative straps in front with a button close to close it but the cinch drawstrings is what I use mainly. There are ample front zipper pockets that are nice to use and the zippers are great easy to open and close. There is a hidden pocket in the rear for protecting your wallet or ID.Overall a very nice “clothing” backpack but definitely not a laptop carry bag for me. 5-stars for overall design and materials used, 2-stars for the laptop compartment (lack of sufficient padding), and 4-star for the materials/zippers used. It’s a very appealing and attractive clothing backpack and I like it just for that. Of course you can carry other items besides clothing, just keep the real expensive laptops out of this bag to be safe. But the price is extremely fair and reasonable ($28) so the quality of the bag exceeds the price point easily.

On our recent trip it held all of the various items which we did not put in the suitcase.
