Delicious and it works!
One of my absolute favorite drinks when I feel bloated! Nobody likes to talk about it but it’s great! If you like lemonade, you’ll love this flavor!! It’s great for the money as well! Yummmm

The taste is very much like pale lemon or watered down lemonade
TasteIn terms of taste, the strawberry flavor was much better in comparison and I'd encourage whoever tries this flavor first to give that one a chance. It literally tastes like pale lemon to me, I ordered it twice to check to see if that's the taste or if I just got a bad batch the first time around. They tasted the same.QualityCompared to a more affordable option like Meta Mucil, this felt more luxurious and costs a little more for that pleasure. The positive is that it does not thicken after a while compared to the psyllium fiber powders, if you have something against thick water.Health benefitsIt actually works. It debloats you and adds to your daily fiber intake, therefore it's true to it's word in terms of advertising.Ease of useI usually added it to my gym blender bottle and the powder dissolved quite quickly. You're supposed to drink it within 15 minutes since there are probiotics in the powder.

Good product
I loved the taste and texture. Good hydration but didn’t notice a difference in feeling bloated. I do love this brand in so many other things, but this particular one just not for me.

Doesn't dissolve
Not sure if i received a bad batch but it's hard to get this to dissolve. The pic of the clearer water is with the powder just sitting for two days and I just swinging the glass to try to mix it but didn't really mix. the darker glass i did try with a spoon but as you can see there still chunks of product still at the bottom of the glass.Tastes good and all, just found it odd that it didn't wanna mix so easily

Timing is everything 😉
This product works well. As for the taste, it is a little sour so I added a few drops of a water enhancer. One thing to keep in mind is that bloating is trapped gas and it has to come out. You will experience some unladylike noises coming from your body so take that into consideration when deciding when to take it.
