I picked up this light to hang in my dad's shop area, to replace a single can-mount light that he had for the whole area, and it really made one heck of a difference! The installation was straightforward with no surprises, and the light performs very well. It's a bright, even light that looks quite decent on the ceiling - overall just about what you're going to want in an indoor LED fixture. A good purchase, I'd say, that stands up well to the offerings you'll find from a big-box store.

Bright? Look at the sun bright! Even the "softest" ...warm setting is BRIGHT. Now, hanging this thing up. First, the wires coming out of the fixture need to be 3x longer. 2nd, IF YOU'RE GOING TO INCLUDE WIRE NUTS, WHY DO YOU SEND ONES LARGE ENOUGH FOR BATTERY CABLES??? Thankfully, I had several sizes of wire nuts and found some much more appropriate for the gauge wire I was working with. And finally, who still sends Molly anchors??? There are plastic spread wing anchors for drywall available that are sooo much easier to use. In summary, there's always something with Chinese products, this is no exception. Keep looking.

I had to rig up a support bracket on my own for the last brand from Lowe's that I hung in my kitchen.This one, comes (cheaper) with a fantastic frame attachment bracket thing.Wired right up, and LED panel bright. I don't know about the one negative review in here, but the wattage and color temp are clearly indicated, you are getting the sun.And I like it.It's a good clean panel and has the nice edge frame.Knockouts have your typical punched hole sharp edges. Caution advised.

This is a fine light fixture, as other reviewers have noted. It is, however, a flush mounted fixture. I didn't really think that through when I ordered it. The flush mount means, in my case that the power wire needs to come through the plasterboard ceiling instead of through conduit attached to the ceiling and entering the fixture on the side. All my other basement lights are the latter type and easier for me to wire. A flush mount means I would have to snake a cable through the joists and then come down through the plasterboard. That is more work than I wanted to do. If you're lazy like me, you should take that into account.

The media could not be loaded. Electrician here. I order a lot of lighting products. This is an interesting and versatile fixture. It is one of the few fixtures I have ordered that comes in a full color product box. Of course, the box is not as important as the contents. Like a typical flat panel grid light, this one has hurricane clips (pictured), It also has hanging wires that can be left in place as an additional safety measure whether used in a grid or as a flush mount fixture. The bracket for flush mounting on a surface comes with toggle-bolts and everything. The bracket itself is a piece of engineering; allowing for one long side to hang down while terminating the wires, then "clicking" into place. Pretty nice. Since it is only a 1' X 4' fixture, grid use will require an extra bit of grid work; the only cloud in this silver lining. The trim of the fixture is black out of the box. That black is a thin metal with multiple tabs that can be bent to free the black trim from the white trim underneath. Yep. Crazy.As seen in my video, the light is as bright as any 2' X 4' flat panel. Color/temperature is selectable via switch prior to installation (to match existing illumination). All in all, a pretty amazing fixture. It is a little pricy; over a hundred for a single unit. Quantity deals may be available. I only ordered the one. It is for a kitchen. I may update the review after installation. I may not. I've pretty much covered everything here.

I installed this in a location that had a sad set of halogen track lights. I have it flush mounted against a drywall ceiling. Installation went as expected with a fair amount of time spent making sure that I had the fixture positioned in the center of the room. Make note that the mounting bracket is not symmetrical; the side with the latches is slightly shorter. Note for the manufacturer, I recommend avoiding measurements in the 1/16ths of an inch. Measuring against a ceiling on a ladder is hard enough without trying to divide 1/8". In any case, it all went up smoothly. I appreciated the ability to drop one side of the hinged fixture with the short lengths of cable. This allows for easy wiring. In the 1/2" punch out I added a plastic bushing to keep the wiring from getting nicked by sharp metal.The unit comes with a black fixture frame which can be removed to reveal a white frame. I keep the black. There are four small black rubber pieces that can be wedged in to hide small bits of white near the hinges. These were fiddly so I left them off. The white bits aren't really bothersome on a white ceiling.I have the unit attached to a Lutron DVCL 153P. It works perfectly and has a useful dimmable range. The light is quite bright. I am using it in a small office home office and the fixture reaches all corners easily, It is very easy to switch between the three color modes. I have it set on the middle setting, between the yellow 3500k and the institutional 5000k.If this unit shows any sign of degradation over the first 20 years of operation I will come back to this review and roast Juno. I have been very disappointed with prior large LED fixtures (I am looking at you Honeywell) and don't like the idea of replacing a $100+ unit after two years because of insufficiently robust design or manufacturing.

This was the perfect farmhouse upgrade to our ugly florescent kitchen light. My husband was able to install it super quick and easy with minimal tools. It's a good quality and emits super bright natural looking light. I'm very happy with it!
