Canvas Nylon Bands Compatible with Garmin Vivosmart 5 tracker Replacement Bands with Case

Fits and works great.

Love it. O.G. Band the watch would pop out occasionally. This band holds watch tight.

Band works well and is comfortable. The plastic case holds the device securely and keeps it from getting scratched. The corners where the pins hold the band to the plastic case are a little sharp, nothing that an emery board couldn't fix, but that shouldn't be necessary. Also, the second metal "belt loop" should be about an inch further down, as the flap is a little too long (and I have a fat wrist).

I like the band and it fits the vivo smart 5 very nicely. The sizing indicated medium to large. I suppose I have a really big wrist. It barely fits me. I have it on the last hole. Just be aware; if you have a large wrist, this may not be the band for you.

I had an issue with the original Vivosmart 5 silicone case causing irritation on the sides of my wrist. I had good luck in the past with nylon braid straps on smart watches, so I purchased this as an alternative. It did resolve the initial irritation issue, but unfortunately, the case turns a low profile device into bulky and clunky object on your wrist. Part of the charm of the Vivosmart 5 is that it is a low profile bracelet that is less of annoyance to wear it all day to track your body data. I bought it as a less bulky secondary device instead of wearing the gps fitness watch 24 hours a day. I was disappointed how much more this sticks out from your wrist compared to the original case and band. I kept it because I opened it up and threw away the packaging before I tried wearing it a few days. It is tolerable, but I would look into something more low profile especially if you do manual labor or need to reach into cramped areas with your wrist or arm. For example if you drop something down between your console and car seat good luck reaching down retrieve it while this is on your wrist.

I got this because I'm one of the few that get a reaction to the stock strap. Unfortunately the enclosure of this strap basically doubles the size of the module. It's just not practical at that size and looks like a house arrest bracelet now. I'll be returning

Meine Frau ist mit der Uhr zufrieden, nur das Armband mussten wir tauschen, darauf hat sie allergisch reagiert was allerdings generell an ihren Allergien liegt und nicht an sich an der Qualität des Original Armbandes. Mit den Funktionen der Uhr und der App ist sie sehr zufrieden. Sie hat sich zuvor immer geweigert eine Uhr zu tragen.

such a huge improvement over the original strap from Garmin. Can now wear my Vivo Smart without itching and sores on my wrist. I find it very comfortable.

It's the only option if you are allergic to silicon, it's ok but I've had to make a cloth band to cover the back of where the buckle is because the stitching at that one point is raised and scratchy. In the water I'd use a sticking plaster to smooth it out. Yeh not ideal but literally the only option if you want this Garmin over a Fitbit.

No guidance is offerered with regard to the range of wrist diameters this medium strap should fit. With the wearer having a 5.25" wrist, the strap was too long given the two loops are fixed near to the buckle, leaving the end of the strap flapping around. See images.
