Been using for a month
I began taking these FORCE FACTOR Resveratrol Supplements about a month ago. They are on the larger size, but I've had no difficulty swallowing them. There is no aftertaste at all. So far I've not noticed any discernable differences in energy levels or belly fat, but I'm going to go for the whole three months and see what may happen.

This contains Trans-Reservatol which is what you want
If you're into longevity supplements, you have without a doubt seen Reservatol touted to help you in that regard. I read Dr. David Sinclair's stuff and he swears by using it, but a specific form of Reservatol called "Trans-Reservatol". This product by Force Factor contains 200mg of Trans-Reservatol in it. It's a 400mg dose, but half of that is the Trans-Reservatol form.I've been taking these clear capsules for a few weeks and do feel like my daily energy has improved a bit. This is supposed to help your body in many different ways. It's hard to swear I'm getting all the benefits, but if you believe in the science behind why you would need a Reservatol supplement I feel like this is a good one at a very fair price considering the form of Reservatol you are getting.I'm using other products by this brand now and I feel it's a very good one. The quality and thought that they put into which products they use seem like they know what they are doing.

Not sure if they really work
My doctor has not suggested resveratol or anything like that. This is just another dietary supplement, that you take, hoping that you gain some benefits from it.Antioxidants are widely acknowledged to be beneficial, so they can't be *hurting*.The capsules wash down easily enough with my morning coffee.I'm giving them 4 stars.

Did not notice a benefit
I’ve tried Relief Factor which has Reservatol and I noticed a difference with reduced inflammation (joints and lower back pain). Disappointed that this product didn’t help out. I am open to suggestions from the seller if they wish to talk about this review or want to change my mind.

If you want to try Resveratrol this is a great place to start
Like most popular supplements, there is no conclusive evidence that Resveratrol (or the source Japanese Knotweed) actually helps with the conditions it is supposed to improve. Most modern-day studies are on too small of a sample to be statistically significant. What is known is that (in one form or another) it has been used for thousands of years in Aisia for various conditions, probably for a reason. I would say with such a long history, if there were inherently something bad, we would know by now.Looked at on the trusted medical sites, there are many 'possible' beneficial effects of resveratrol, and minimal negative results. Most of the negatives deal with specific medical circumstances, interactions with other drugs / supplements, or overdosing. They talk of 1500mg/daily for 3 months as being on the higher end of what is safe, so at 200mg I'm feeling comfortable. While most of the 'possible' benefits of resveratrol are all things that would benefit me, one of the stronger benefits, that I didn't even know of, is weight loss. And yes, that would benefit me as well! So, if like me, you have done your research and decided you may want to try resveratrol, this seems like a great start. Reasonable dosage, only 1 pill a day, and a 4-month supply at a decent price.
