I lost the original remote and tried 2 others which looked the same but the quality was awful and they had a huge lag. This one works perfectly, just like the original

Remote was unusable. Forgot how puppies chew on everything.

This is one of the worst items I used my hard-earned money to purchase, there is no quality to the product. The remote control squeaks every time you press any button, the connection to the TV is far distant even though my TV is closer, and, therefore, the button has to be pressed numerous times before the TV can recognize a command. It is a waste of my resources. Poor Quality, the remote does not meet the standard, poor transmission with the tv set. it is so hard to press and it makes noise when pressed.

This remote is alright. The buttons are super hard and it’s kind of annoying cause you have to push them several times for it to work. Also, you have to be close to the tv for it to work. The remote came damaged with a piece of the back part broken. It also doesn’t have the Sony logo which I thought would come with it from looking at other reviews.

I never received this. The delivery picture was for a neighbor's elf on the shelf. I got it to them, but whomever received my remote ( we like to have two), didn't get it to us. I decided to review this anyway. I really prefer my other brand than this one. The buttons are really small. My spouse can't see well enough to find the tiny mute button and often hits the microphone.
