Raffel drum was as described. Sturdy and spinned perfectly. The door opening to pull tickets put from is small, but large enough to fit your hand in and pull out a ticket. No complaints and would recommend anyone to buy.

Great size. Perfect for my need. Some of the tickets clung to the sides. I’m going to try putting a dryer sheet in it to prevent the static cling.

Had a small problem with a missing part that was rectified IMMEDIATELY upon request from the seller. 10/10 customer service, very impressed. Also the product is as-advertised and looks awesome

We use this for our Queen of hearts drawing at the American legion. It is large and holds a lot. People like to see the tickets spinning freely. Have not had any fly out like on the metal drums.

Purchased for After Prom party! Worked perfect!! Smaller than I expected; in turn that is a good thing. Less room to store for next year.

While it is as described it’s so small there’s no way it hold 2000 tickets like it’s advertised to do.

1.- La base de la tómbola está estrellada o quebrada, no afecta como tal al uso, pero es algo que no es justo ya que la estoy comprando nuevo y a demás que no es un producto barato. 2.- En donde se supone que van los sujetadores para que la tómbola gire, viene completamente sellado, no hay un hueco para que puedan entrar los sujetadores. Que pretenden, que la habrá con un cuchillo o como es, a demás no viene algún manual como para saber qué es lo que tengo que hacer. Como cliente quedé insatisfecho, no es justo.
