An excellent product
I have frequent pain in my right foot arch. This piece of equipment is perfect exercise for both feet but has already cut down on the soreness in my arch by working on THOSE specific muscles. Easy to use and great value. It allows me to do exercises very similar to what the Physical therapist did with me when I first started having pain and sent to the PT for help in solving my problem. I also wear orthotics on both feet. This keeps me free from pain and allows me to work out.

Only thing that works
I’ve tried the old chirp wheels and they’re still great, but now I prefer the knobby wheels. Had the knobby wheels been an option back when I first got the chirp wheel, I’d just get those instead. They work a lot better for me. I bought all 3 since they work in different ways. If I had to pick one I’d pick the smallest one. That one gets my upper shoulders and neck just right. The larger wheels seem to be better for lower and mid back. The larger wheels look rough but they really aren’t uncomfortable to use the foam is just rigid enough to push a little deeper into your muscles. The smallest one is the most rigid on the bumps. It is uncomfortable to use lower and mid back since it’s more aggressive and there’s more of your body weight on a smaller point, but it’s perfect for my upper back and neck as I previously mentioned. They’re a little pricy considering it’s just plastic and foam, but I can’t argue with the results and that it’s cheaper and more effective than the chiropractor for me. These things really help

Great for lower back stretching
These are pretty expensive when compared to yoga rollers but I found them really helpful for my lower back pain. I’m not sure how useful the smallest wheel is for your neck, but the large and medium sized wheels are awesome. I had a little trouble learning how to use them at first, but once you get the hang of it they’re great

Work really well, but no silver bullet
I love using these and it's crazy to think of not having them after I purchased them. They genuinely help with my upper back pain, especially the middle size. As a tall person (6 foot plus) with a long neck, the smallest size doesn't help as much as I'd hope, but it still feels nice. The price is worth it given that the plastic frame has not shown any signs of strains after my 200+ pound body has used it nearly daily for a few months now. I will say though that the foam has formed some wrinkles, but they've maintained shape and I assume this is normal.I highly recommend though that if you have consistent back aches, see a professional in addition to using this. I'd consider this more of a day-to-day, short-term solution, but I've seen more long-term results with seeing a chiropractor along with using the rollers. This is your pastor, not Jesus.

My doctor was right!
This has been amazing! I bought this on the recommendation of my physician. It really works! The bumps hit different pressure points and bring relief to neck pain i have been suffering with for years. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

a bit overkill, maybe
while i used it properly, and only when my back was screaming for relief, i still felt the material was too firm and high pressure for my liking. i do a lot of deep tissue when i get in-person massages, so no worries there, but i do think the combination of the smaller diameter, the raised nubs, and the back and forth motion contribute to an overly intense massage that elicits as much pain as it does relief. i personally would've benefitted from the classic Chirp wheel in the same or next size up. i would only want this intensity for trigger point therapy i.e. one spot at a time, and slowly. i am a 235lb male with big muscles and a big gut, for context

I Would Give This Wheel 1,000 Stars if I Could
I have severe thoracic scoliosis, with pretty bad issues surrounding my T3-T4. Oftentimes, I can only realign those costovertebral and facet joints with my PT's help. But this area needs to be popped and realigned on a daily basis. While desperately looking for a tool to help me in this endeavor (I have tried multiple things, including a lacrosse ball, a tennis ball, stretches, weird contortions, hanging upside down while twisting, etc., all to no avail), I read a review for the 6" Chirp wheel where the reviewer also has a bad issue with his T3-T4 area. He wrote that he was able to pop it using this wheel in a relatively quick manner, so I bought this with huge hopes that I would encounter the same relief. As soon as I got home today, the package was waiting. I left work early (in literal tears) due to severe pain. I tore open the box right after walking in the front door - placed it on the floor and laid on it. First, I have to say that it hurts to lay on it...a lot. But I could feel it digging in deeply into the muscles, and experienced a few pops (but not in the area that I needed). I then positioned it over the T3-T4 area and let it really dig in for about five minutes. Then I very slowly started to roll the area. Suddenly I heard two pops simultaneously and my right shoulder started to tingle and hurt a bit. I could immediately tell that the job had been done! The pressure was gone and I could stand up straight again! This wheel is going to be my new best friend, and I plan on taking it with me while at the office and traveling. It's a bit more money than the competition, but it also has the best design to get the job done (various sized bumps and a groove for the spine). If you're in need of spinal realignment, look no further! REALLY.

Bought as a stocking stuffer, 10/10 recommend
I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband... needless to say, it didn't fit in his stocking. However, it was a total hit and we both use it to stretch our necks and it's so good for relieving the start of a headache or tension from sleeping in the wrong position. My sister tried it and immediately wanted one. Definitely recommend!
