A really well made and designed feeder!
Fantastic, well designed feeder that is extremely easy to dismantle for cleaning. Has proven to be robust enough to prevent squirrel damage and the birds love it. Good value for money if it lasts as long as the previous feeder. It holds plenty of seed for our busy garden and only needs filling every couple of days.

Birds don't seem interested in it.
I decided to replace my previous 2 port sunflower seed feeder when the perch which also holds the base in place started to fall out. We regularly had 12 gold finches competing for the 2 ports to get to the sunflower seeds. We also had a squirrel who would hang upside down and eat the sunflower hearts. Since switching to this bird feeder the gold finches rarely visit, and I've only seen the squirrel once. It seems sturdy and is easy to clean, but the internal cap over the port seems to restrict the amount of food available too much. It's been up for a couple of months and I'll persevere for another month or so and see if anymore birds start to use it.

Excellent
An excellent improvement on the previous model in that the perches are now fixed metal (non rust) so no chance of them falling off. Good quality build and very easy to clean. This 6 port feeder holds a lot so you don't have to fill up quite so often. Amazon pricing is excellent. Highly recommended feeder. Shown in photo with optional rain guard which may no longer be available.

damaged bird feeder
I purchased a ring pull 4 port bird feeder from Jacobi Jayne, after only 3 months the plastic tube on the bottom of the feeder snapped in two and the seed tray fell off, I contacted the company through Amazon and received no reply at all! Really disappointed with Jacobi Jayne and won't be buying any further products from them!

Excellent Bird Feeder
I bought two of these Jacobi Jane bird feeders last year and they are excellent so I have just bought two more. I find them easy to clean (follow the instructions!) and they work really well. JJ the after sales service is also excellent. I had a little problem with one small part and they replaced it by return. For me a great product combined with good after sales service makes it good value for money.

Not that good for suet pellets
I had high hopes for this feeder - it looks amazing and is well built and may work well for peanuts rather than suet pellets. They ended up going rank inside and the holes became blocked because the weather was wet even though it was sheltered from direct contact with the rain.

Jacobi Jayne Medium Metal Bird Feeder
This a more robust JJ feeder and not the normal Ring-Pull type. It comes completely to pieces but using a different method and is easy to re-assemble. It is more expensive at £31.99, but as it comes with a life time warranty and is much stronger, I considered the extra cost was worth it

Hit and miss on quality
I ordered 2 of these feeders as I've had this make previously and love the ease of the twist off base for easy cleaning and emptying even though they are really expensive but they do give a lifetime guarantee on parts however only gave 4 stars as I was slightly disappointed on this occasion . One was perfect but the other one had a dodgy base which didn't fit properly however much I tried it continued to rattle and wouldn't tighten it looked slightly warped so I returned it for a replacement even though it was a bit of a faff to repackage. Not a problem the next one arrived again with a faulty base this time I struggled to even twist it it was again slightly warped . For that price you want perfect . Contacted amazon again and they gave me a full refund and said wait a few weeks before ordering again whilst they contacted the manufacturer . Don't know if I'll bother with that make but I did really like it .Shame .
