How do these hold up in the rain since i work outside?

The video shows the gloves have a velcro adjustable cuff, but the product pictures shows a nonadjustable cuff. Which type does it actually have?

Are the gloves machine washable? If not how can they be cleaned?

I was wondering how they hold up in cold weather. Would they keep your hand warm and dry? Thank you
