A size small fits my adult pug with one hole to spare and the teal color looks great on her black coat ✨I especially like that the plastic is not stiff, but has a nice movable matte feel to it. Also, the chain seems smooth working too - unlike some martingale chains that feel cheap/rough then in-use.

Grate collar . The only thing is that the tip of the collar After fastening remains quite long and the puppy easily reaches it and starts gnawing. I would like the collar to have an additional ring for fastening.

Great collar. Love the green. Has faded some in the sun after a few months, but still holding up well otherwise. Just wipe to clean. Have ordered the small and medium for my growing boxer puppy. His final size will be the large pretty soon. Bought this on the recommendation of Garret Wing from the Diyk9 courses. I love the martingale style because it ensures when hooked up to the leash, he will never be able to back out of his collar as it tightens with tension.

Frankly, our GSD puppy is of the working line and tends to ignore a flat collar even with a martingale action. For control during training and feeding time I use this double connected with a pinch for full control. This is especially important when taking him out of our fenced yard for walks. Let's face it, there are pinch collars that have and will fail and having this as a safety backup is important.

Works very well. I used a prong collar to keep my dogs attention and stop pulling. I then use this for walks and take it off at home. Maybe it’s just my Husky, but I have to pull upwards and not towards me. When pulling upwards it immediately gets her attention and I reward her with dog food (sensitive stomach she gets a lot of gas and poop) so dog food is a great tool to give your dog. I also reward her in pets and say good job, or use a clicker to let her know she does great when looking at me throughout our walk. But this product is fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. This helped my in-laws husky stop pulling as well. Now he doesn’t drag them through the mud like he used to.

The media could not be loaded. Great all-time and back up collar. Bright colors make it easier to see my dog. This collar isn't designed to stop pulling but is a better alternative over a harness or plastic buckle collars. Better alternative over leather because its waterproof. The chain is sufficient.I have 2 strong dogs. I bought this collar 5 months ago and a Mighty Paw for my other. The MP works and the chain is a little thicker than the JH. They both love to play in the water. Just ordered a second JH in light blue.
