A few kinks, but simple and works
Going into this with the mentally that this product is a tool and will only be effective if I put in the effort to make a change. It is reasonably comfortable to wear. They suggest wearing it over clothes, because it is just elastic straps and a stick of plastic. There are two sections of velcro for two different sizing options. I usually wear size L in womens, and I was on the larger section of velcro. This is definitely designed for slim people. There is a little buzzer/counter that clips to the tip of the plastic at the back. It is rechargeable, comes with a little micro usb charging cord (no plug).Basically once you turn it on, it buzzes anytime it is not straight up and down, and counts each time. The length of time doesn't affect the count, but it will buzz the whole time. I can't wear this while doing tasks around the house because I need to bend too much. I guess I could just ignore the buzzes and mentally adjust the count, but personally it bugs me.It works well as a reminder though. The gentle pressure from the straps and the looming "threat" of a buzz is enough to make me think about my posture. And to me that's the whole point. So it works. I didn't want a fancy one with an app. I don't think it's perfect, but it fills the role it claims to.

Sized for literal children and teensy women
Bought this to see if it would help me keep good posture while at the computer all day. I'll never know if it works, tho, because it's sized for literal elementary schoolers, and I nearly ripped part of the elastic bands trying to put it on.The device is made of a skinny rectangle of hard plastic that forms the brace itself. There are long thin slits cut into the sides, where a single, wide, strip of elastic fabric is threaded thru. There's extra holes in the middle, presumably to customize the device for even shorter people? Both ends of the elastic band stretch outward and these are meant to be cinched around your waist and be close-fitting, yet also comfortable. The LED and Vibration features come from a little 90s-pager-lookin box that slips over the top of the hard plastic spine of the brace. It charges with USB-B shaped chargers, & a short one is included, for which I give the developers a point. The box displays numbers when the power button is set to 'on', that's the LED part, but it's not clear what those numbers actually mean?? The instruction manual is folded to display the Chinese half and obscure the English half, which gave me a bit of a scare at first, until I found the English side, lol.I added an image of myself trying to wear this thing. The wraps barely reach around the under-pec dimension, let alone anywhere near my navel. It's ridiculous. I've worn children's backpacks that fit me better. I should have believed the model's dimensions as an indication of size! I haven't been THAT level of skinty since like 3rd grade. And I wear XL-sized t-shirts, but I'm not HUGE by any means. There really should be some extended length options if this product is to be marketed to American adults, and not just, like, 4th graders. The creators should really put some sort of size/dimension explanation for this product. Or ship it with additional elastic pieces with velcro, to extend the length of the wrap part. Those would be really appreciated changes.

STRETCH FIRST!
The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It was comfortable and easy to put on. I wasn't sure how it worked at first, but it was easy to get the hang of. When your posture is correct, it does nothing. When you slouch, it starts to vibrate. For me, this product works great because I sit at a computer all day. However, I must say that you need to stretch first! Obviously, that is a sign of how bad my posture is, but I definitely should have stretched a bit before trying to adjust my posture so quickly.

Not quite there
It's a good fit for my 5'1 wife. When she wears it, it is a good reminder for posturing but she thinks it only works for certain circumstances, like sitting on chair for an extensive amount of time. One case she found this is particularly useful is wearing it while walking since it's so easy to slouch! Since my wife is a SAHM, she needs to do chores and the electronic sensor buzzes all the time when she bends it her back or so but it doesn't buzz with slightly slouch which is my wife needs the best, even though it's quite obvious she's slouching, but unless it's over certain degree, it won't buzz. Wish this is something you can actually adjust how sensitive it is with certain degree of slouching
