Get's dents out with ease
Got a new truck after 96 days of dealing with issues on the truck. After delivery I noticed a small depression about the size of a nickle with a north south very minimal crease effect. I did not want to bring it back to the dealer, so I figured I would make a small investment of cash and time to learn to do it myself, so that other dings in other things that might come along, I could fix easily as DIY guy. No instructions come with the product, though there are many videos up on YouTube to quickly get the gist of how to do it. I looked at 2 or 3 post order and was ready to go. I used the smallest oval in the bridge set, and the yellow glue stick. It comes with both black and yellow but no instruction on which one to use when. I had viewed a video where the black was used and the DIY owner there had a hard time getting the glue off of his hood, so I selected the yellow which I assume has a lower viscosity. Set the bridge in place once the glue had say 10 minutes of air time dry. Slowly cranked down on the adjusting screw on the bridge, then walked away, came back a few minutes later, another turn or two and again walked away and then heard the "pop" of the glue attached to the smallest oval pull away along with the bridge falling to the floor. Wow, easy and relatively quick. After try 1 I still could see a very very small remnant of the depression, so I did the application one last time with the same small oval and BLAM the depression is now gone. The glue came off of the truck with the "pop" still attached to the small oval, and was easy to peel off therefrom. Nice product, low cost and works well.

Pretty Good - High Quality
Upon opening it, I really liked the kit. Seemed very well made, and looked like it had all the parts and would do a good job. I think in some applications this will work very very well. I on the other had was trying to pull a few dents out of a stainless steel fridge.... My issue I believe is that the dents were small enough that there was not really a piece that fit the size of the dents I was trying to pull. Overall, it was working, but the issue I had was it began to dent the stainless steel out and the dent was still there - so it was not really popping the dent out, it was pulling a whole section of metal out. I first thought it was just my application, but then looked at a small dent in the door on my truck, and noticed it would do the same thing to it, and that there is no way to really pull just the dent out. All in all - the suction is strong, it comes with all the parts, and several different sized heads, but again I think they are all too big even the smallest - but I also get that going much smaller with the heads - most likely would not give it enough surface area to grab and you would loose pulling power. The biggest complaint was I had a hard time getting the glue to come off after I had popped it

Doesn't work, cheap parts, broke during first use!
Okay so believe the reviews, this doesn't work! I used my ryobi glue gun because I thought maybe the glue gun provided didn't get the glue hot enough to work for the other customers that gave bad reviews. It's not the glue, it's the pads. The pads are too smooth so the glue just snaps off with the slightest tightening of the knob, WHICH BROKE ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT TIGHTENING IT! I will say I am a woman of moderate strength, not some big macho man with giant hands, I have small hands and I was gentle with turning the knob and it still split down the middle where it wraps around the bolt. The plus side of it breaking was that I could use a ratchet to tighten the bolt, but as soon as I made it tight enough to offer some resistance, the tabs would pop off leaving the dent intact, and a car full of glue. I still tried with each tab I glued since I thought I would save time by gluing all the tabs at once and then removing each dent, but one by one they popped off in a matter of seconds. Then I was left with removing the glue, I tried the alcohol spray and the spatula and with some elbow grease I removed most of it, but the rest just wouldn't come off so now everyone can see the glue to a failed dent removal attempt. I DO NOT recommend you purchase this!

For the money it works fairly good.
As a novice, I tried this product on some small dents that had edges in them. The puller tabs really held on well and I even used a wrench to turn the tabs because they were stuck on very hard. I would estimate that I got the dents out about 50 to 60 percent, and couldn't get them out much more than that. I had one bigger dent which pulled out very good, but after I got it out, the dent just went back to the way it was. Couldn't figure out why it kept going back to it's previous way. It wasn't that noticeable, so I just let it be. Overall, The dents look a little better now so it worked fairly well for the money.

Great Value - Great Product
It works. Easy to use, once you find the applicable instruction set in a multi-product instruction fold-out. Bad dent in back door of car was first subject to the plunger/hot water treatment, which took most of the dent out; but it was still very noticeable. So I ordered this very inexpensive bridge puller, and now unless you know where to look closely, it is not noticeable at all . Very happy, easy to work with, especially when using channel lock pliers to rotate the dent pulling knob instead of my fingers. Glue comes off the car easily. Fingernail removes the glue from the tool with a little patience. Everything is provided except a little rubbing alcohol, for which they even supply a small spray bottle to use.

Did not work for me! :(
I wanted to remove small dents from an aluminum-paneded refrigerator door. Used per directions, but it did not pull the dent out. The glue gun is messy and continues to melt/dispense glue long after use (even with glue rods removed). Furthermore, the glue dries very hard and in my case, getting the hardened glue off the door resulted in more minor damage to the refrigerator door (scratches and minor indentations). On a more solid piece of metal, like a car perhaps, I believe this would possible work well, but it did not work for me on the thin aluminum door panel. The "tap back hammer" model (verses the bridge) may be better in this case. Oddly, I would recommend this for any dented material that you plan to paint and/or finish, it will allow you to be more forceful and not worry about scratches or more damage.
