No warranty back up by Zosi
From a cctv installer, have got one faulty camera with them, Zosi has agreed camera is faulty and stated to return whole installed system back to amazon. Not just camera but to uninstall everything to return back, doesn't look good on saying to customer got to take it back out and install a new system for one camera issue. Having to buy a camera to rectify as looks stupid taking system back out after the amount of time to install. Had no issues with there products before but now find out the warranty is return everything for one simple camera fault means would not use them again, better companies out there
