I purchased this to have constant hot water for bottles for my baby grand daughter and it does the job, not a prep.machine by any means but fits its purpose well

I have had this since my baby was born, she is now 1yr and 3 months.... its been a total life saver for them night feeds (if your doing formula), means i didnt need to come out of my room in the middle of the night and have extra sleep!! Also she was feeding on demand, so when prepping a bottle this really made it that quick and efficient!! Works perfectly like brand new and ive used every day since baby was born!!

Very disappointed in the product. First off it came with a EU plug not UK and this wasn't listed anywhere in the description. Bought this thinking it would be a cheaper version of the baby brezza. I got a UK adaptor to plug in but unfortunately this still did not work, product turned on and then did not work again after that. Ended up buying Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep instead. So basically, don't waste your money just buy the Perfect Prep machine instead at least it actually works.

This is a great product but it needs a plug adapter, I think this needs to be made clear when purchasing

I got this in the first days of January and I found it very useful, keeps the whater at 70 degrees all day and it's ready any moment I need to prepare the bottle. Has made things very easy. But a couple of days after I noticed that the whater tank didn't close totally on the body of the bottle maker so there was a gap. I contacted the manufacturer and got an email back immediately. After explaining the situation they didn't hesitate to send me a new one and was here in 3 day. Really appreciate that the process was so easy and pleasant. I will sill use this every day. 😊

This is one of the best purchases I've made being a new mom. It's veryyyy convenience when you have to wake up during the night to make bottle for your little one. The water stay the same temperature and does not go under or above the temperature that you set it. You keep it on 24/7 and it will stay the same temperature. Very good product and fast shipping, everything came perfect. nothing was broken or missing. Overall Amazing product.

super machine i love it! I was using baby breeza formula maker pro but that had some problem by putting exact amount of formula plus formula powder setting issue, anywaz long story short is I want to replace that process but i couldn't find another machine so now i used this water dispenser for water and travel to go formula dispenser for formula which make my process still the same and guaranteed exact amount while in the baby breeza machine sometime u r not sure if its gona mixed exact same formula or not. features of the machine: 1) so many temperature setting you can play around if you want and see which one u like. 2) speed of water is slow and perfect so even in the middle of night if you are super sleep and u hardly pay attention to fillin water, but by the time you notice u still have time to see and control. I know some of you may be need quick job because if your baby is crying but i like this way. 3) small space consuming 4) big water tank no need to fill everyday
