the usb-a does fit snugly and little tight as someone else had mentioned in the reviews. I was skeptical about the power switching off on its own, but it does work. when I got home from work I received the package and charge my phone right away, left and came back. charging stopped and saw that phone was at 99%, the led's do correlate to if it is charging or not. seems to switch off once you'll need to unplug and plug back in to reset switch. cord does support at least 2 amp charging. well worth the buy since i tend to forget that i left my phone on the charger.

Supports fast charging and fast transfer USB 3.0 cable
I'm very excited to share my experience about this new auto disconnect fast charging cable by Nuegeek. It actually works and does automatically power off charge to phone after full charge which save your phone from overcharging. Also, it did support fast charging which charged my phone quickly. The other great features include the led indicator and the durable cord made of premium ballistic nylon which is very durable and strong. The cord is 1.2 meters long and USB-C is compatible with all the phones with USB-C port. I have used it with S8 and Oneplus and performs great.

Works sort of
Fast charging but the tip got very hot n over heated I only had just put it into my galaxy s8plus and now only says cable charging or slow charging

Good cable but Im not sure if it charges as good as original from Samsung.And had some issue, after phone update it stopped charging it and start working few days after.

Best Cable I've Ever Used
These are very good quality and work as advertised. The LED is nice since my phone does not have an LED to indicate it is actually charging.

Fast charge capable with auto shutoff.
Thanks nuegeek this is a really nice cable. Auto shut off built in so you don't overcharge your battery is a awesome. Worked great on my galaxy s8. Cable part is made of almost a silky fiber really smooth looking and tough feeling. Will definitely do business with you again in the future.
