I have tried many different manufacturer's L-Theanine supplements. Some were useless, others amazing.I am 6ft 5" & 325lbs & have a problem with medications not being strong enough, because I metabolize them so quickly. So I try to get the highest dosage available. That's actually how I stumbled upon Bulksupplements.com's products. I was surprised to find they offered L-Theanine at 500mg. Usually 250mg is considered extra strength. I've found it at 400mg once, but it wasn't as effective as the 250mg "Pharmaceutical Grade" I tried.I immediately ordered the Bulksupplements.com offering. Caffeine alone makes me jittery. I can take this and it helps me to have all the benefits of coffee without the jitters.

I do not and will not take sleep meds and prefer to do everything in my power to create and support excellent health through natural means i.e., diet and exercise. For insomnia and great sleep, I use this product plus a Melatonin supplement and Natural Calm at bedtime. Highly recommend!

Buyer BewareThese are 100mg capsules in a bottle labeled and sold as 200mg capsules. In the picture you can see on the right the 200mg capsules I am accustom to taking and on the left the capsule from this bottle labeled 200mg is only a 100mg capsule.UPDATE: This product is Awesome. The quality of the L-Theanine in these tiny capsules is off the charts. I had been taking one or two 200mg capsules of the Nature's Way L-Theanine in the evening to calm my mind and nerves for years. Switching to the bulk Supplements, the dreams were so intense, I am now taking 1 Bulk Supplements 100mg sized capsule labeled as 200mg of L-Theanine in the morning with my coffee. My analogy would be like going from A burnt week-old cup of Folgers on my way to work in the rain to Fresh brewed by the sweetest bikini barista on my way to my favorite fishin hole. This product did not work got terrible reaction form this product. I did not sleep for 2 days after taking it. I tried to take it morning and night and I got the same reaction. I tried to return it and of course per Amazon policy they did not take it back. I also contacted Bulk Supplement twice, and they did not response back. As a regular customer of Bulk Supplement, they just lost a customer.
