Help focus/concentration.

I have been taking lions mane for a few years now and it truly works wonders for my focus and memory! I started to notice a slight decline in my memory a few years ago and so I started taking this supplement. Not only has it helped with my memory but I’ve also noticed that my focus has improved so much! I would highly recommend this supplement!

I think the pills help, since getting covid I haven't been able to regulate my nap times and am always exhausted. These pills have helped me be much more awake and aware. I did take a break because you're not supposed to take ashwaghanda continuously. The pills have a terrible after taste unfortunately.. which for me makes them difficult to swallow. That is my only issue.

Obviously, everyone has a slightly different response to most supplements. For me, my memory seemed to be better than just Ginko Biloba. Only used for 30 days so I am expecting some degree of improvement down the road.

These actually do work. I took the whole bottle and realized it definitely helps with my memory and mood swings. I will be ordering again.

Love this stuff, was taking both separately but this seems like much better value. I take it every day and definitely notice a difference in focus and mood when i miss a day

At first I started taking it , then around 10 days later I got diarrhea. I take other supplements so it took a week to think it was this. Just to make sure I started it back up a month later. Without diarrhea. It started up again. Looked up side effects of ingredients and one symptom is diarrhea.
