What are the ingredients? Does it contain sugar or sweetener?

According to the packet: Sugar, maltodextrin, potato starch, caremalised sugar, dried glucose syrup, black tea extract (2%), natural flavourings, thickener: cellulose gum; spices, cinnamon (0.6%)

Does it help you to sleep

It doesn't help me sleep but a small mug of hot milk does :0) I think there is probably too much sugar in it to aid sleep but I could be wrong...

Is this nicer than the vegan Chai Latte? Is the only difference that this one has a spice to it?

They are pretty much the same. Both are spiced. And both are vegan. One is artisan. No idea why!!!! They’re both equally nice and both spicy chai latte. My advice is never just use hot water. They are rank that way.
