I love this pot... will be my part of my herbal medicine kitPro's -It's such a nice smaller - medium sizethe top section and lid fits beautifully into the pan, no leaksthe material will last a long time if i take care of it.cleans easyeasy to warm through either chocolate or herbal cream making etc..looks really nice quality.cons-a little pricey..no other conswould definitely recommend this pan

I like porridge for breakfast, but was fed-up with the cooked oats sticking to the conventional pan. This double pan makes perfect porridge, more than enough for two people, and is very easy to clean. It's also great for making sauces too. It also looks good. Highly recommended.

A good Bain- marie double saucepan BUT I wish it had been bigger. I guess I should have read the details more thoroughly. We have an electric cooker & there really isn't a "Simmer" mode so I thought a double saucepan would be ideal. `This is rather small for my purpose but I'm sure I will use to for making porridge.

Fantastic quality pans, makes porridge in the morning a breeze. I chose this set as much for the design as the usage and it is truly a lovely piece for any kitchen, would highly recommend.

The capacity stated on the description means that this amount goes right up to the very brim of the inner pot. This did not leave any ullage space for stirring the contents. It was therefore far too small for us so I sent it back. I think it would be ok for one portion of porridge only. Apart from that seemed well made.
