The major thing that I do not like is the light on either side but I do have a small cure. One side of my curtains has a side hanging curtain so I put the sticky spacer on the spring end and just the slim spacer on the side without the curtain. There are absolutely no instructions with the hub but I finally got the hub installed. Add the Tuya app to your phone, Plug in the Hub, Select Add a device on the app, hold the power button on the hub for 5 seconds. The hub should then connect to your phone. To connect the blinds do as the Tuya app directs BUT only hold the M button on the blinds for 1 rotation (not 2) to put the blinds in pairing mode.

The no-drill feature will NOT last, I bought 7 units and all of them fell few days later, had to drill them all to the window afterall.Getting stars for cheap pricing and still working 5 month later!!!

I ordered one for each bedroom. The install is super easy though I haven’t attempted to connect to an app yet. I command taped the remote to the side of my light switch since we use these blinds for sleep times only. I do wish the actual blind was a smidge wider on each side because they do let light in on the sides. I’m doing curtains anyways though for looks so I’m hoping that those will cover up the rest of the light. These are helping with the insane FL heat

Super easy to install inside window frame. Fits tight and very secure in wood frame.Remotes were easy to program for stop points. Only downside to remote is the very, very tiny screw you need to take out to program remote. A captive screw would help prevent loosing the screw.The only other thing that need a major improvement is the battery access. Currently you need to remove blind completely from widow to change batteries (top access). If they were accessible from either side then you would not need to un-mount the whole unit to change batteries.But still great and glad I took the chance. About 50% cheaper than others and "NO SCREWS" for inside mount!!The "free" rf hub is another story, not so easy to setup and software still had some menus in Chinese. Got it working after a few tries and I'm a "tech guy". Will wait and see if they update the software in the future to fix menus etc.

Bought two of these blinds and one arrived with a broken battery holder. After only a couple of emails back and forth with the vendor they replaced the broken piece very quickly. (And included another battery holder should one ever be required.) This response was refreshing given previous interactions with firms in China.The blinds are easy to install and operate as designed.I've not had success getting them to sync with my phone but really haven't tried all that hard. The supplied remotes work fine.

Quality product. Works as advertised.The thing that sold me was the 'no drill inside mount' feature. That said, as advertised, they were very easy to install, easy to operate and control with the remote (or the phone app using the smart bridge hub), and very quiet and smooth when opening or closing.The blinds themselves do entirely block out the light; however, the downside is that there is some light leak at the top and sides (side light leak can be fixed with some light-blocking strips.)All said, I have bought 4 more of these blinds, and they are all working great so far and am very happy with my purchase and recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their home blinds.

This is not compatible with Alexa unless you have the hub. They are advertising the free hub, but there is no way to add the free hub package to your cart. It gives you directions on how to do it, but it is not there. It says if you forget to add it to your cart then just contact us. Well, I contacted Amazon and they are unable to help me in anyway to get the free hub. They said they would send a message to the company but I have heard nothing. This is not worth the money because it is not compatible with Alexa without the free hub, which I cannot seem to get my hands on without buying it for an additional $30. it without buying it for a additional $30.

Instructions are awful. They work ok with inside mount. No tools. They don’t roll up all the way which I don’t like because my window is short and it would be better if they fully rolled up.
