This is a very pretty lamp - not for reading by - but who cares! It is very well made, easy to assemble and I bought a small, round LED bulb to go in it. It looks lovely when lit and caters to my purple addiction. Thoroughly recommend. Unpack actual lamp box in a bin bag because polystyrene separates into very small balls which go everywhere and stick to everything!
