If you are looking for serious support, this is not the pillow for you.If you are looking for lightly silly support, look no further.This decorative purple chair cushion/pillow pops out of the bag good to go.The center pillow is removable; though I'm not sure why.The bottom does have non-slip material; however, it has only a minimal effect on slipperiness.The fabric is soft and medium fuzzy, like they got it off a stuffed animal.The pillow itself will probably have the most appeal to those who like stadium cushions.To put it more bluntly, if you have a boney bum, this will help give it more protection while you sit for extended period of time.This is basically a similar concept that can fit on almost any chair with a back.The size is such that I would say that it will work for someone the size of an average adult female or smaller.I will add that you may need to fight your pets for this pillow.Being designed a lot like a round cat bed, our pet genuinely thought his was for them and continue to be resentful of the fact it's not.Whether this pillow is the right one for you is mostly a question of personal style.Those looking to add a little extra cushioning to a chair should find it comfy; whilethis who require a lot of support will want to hold out for something with more rigidity.

Gave it 2 days, this pillow did not fluff up. I mean I didn’t expect it to fluff up like in the picture, which I thought it would, but it didn’t even fluff up to give any support..

I ordered the 20x18 and it’s more like a 15x18. This is lumpy and doesn’t have a lot of cotton in it at all, so that’s a bummer. More for tiny toddlers than young teens/small adults.
