Aunt May's Chopped Seasoning 284g

I love Aunt May's pepper sauce so thought I'd give the seasoning a try. Used it on skinless chicken thighs and oven cooked, only marinaded for about 2 hours. The flavour was delicate, herby and flavoursome. Not at all salty, just a lovely, complex blend of flavours. I marinaded a lot of chicken with one jar so there was plenty to go in the fridge for the next day. It tasted better the day after (as seasoned chicken often does). This would work well on white fish and pork. Will definitely be buying some more!

This product is a family fave. It was not over priced even the P&P wasn't too expensive. It was packed very well. We are all looking forward to seasoning some fish and cooking it on the BBQ.

I used this when I was in the Caribbean and was glad to find it on Amazon. There is a notable difference with meats if you let it marinate for a few days.
