I have tried several other doorbell Camera's - those that are most popular and returned them. This product is great and awesome. Lots of choices as ring types, syncs with Alexa and Google, easy to install. Only issue I had was with the Chime that came with the doorbell and plugs into the wall - it would not sync. I contacted customer service on a Sunday - within 3 hours I had a response and resolution. The instruction that came with the product says to hold the sync button for 3 seconds for a beep then proceed to sync. It should say hold the sync button until it syncs. It works perfectly now. -- I really love this product and recommend it - I also like that I do not need a subscription - it takes a micro card that is input into the back of the doorbell - you are able to view history on the phone.

Instructions were thorough. Super easy to set up. Quality is great. Just wished it had a volume up down button. No subscription required is the best, a SD card and you're good to go!

Easy to install and configure. Great value. Works better than two previous door bell cameras I purchased. Awesome video. You will need your own SD card. I installed a128 Gb SD card and it works great.

I usually do not write reviews, but this doorbell is fantastic. Easy to install and the app is simple to set up. I used a SD card, and it works perfectly recording and saving notifications. Just make sure you sync it first before installing hard wiring it.

Update 1: They sent me a new doorbell and a new chime and the chime still cant sync. I'm lowering the review to 1 as it seems it's an issue with their products. If you look through the reviews, you will see that I am not the only one having issues with the chime syncing. This is a good doorbell. On device sd card saves videos so no subscription required. You can also start and stop recording in the app if you need the video in your phone. Sd card videos can also be viewed from the app. I like the human detection feature and how saved videos are organized as per motion detected or human detected. Picture quality is great. If you face any issues, just contact customer service in app. Great Customer service.

I setup this video door bell and have setup many, so not my first. Upon setup everything went easy and without issue. Until I got to the chime part. The chime would not sync, for whatever reason, even had WUUK tech support stumped! So i gave them a few days to get back with what to do, they havent yet! So I am returning the unit as the defective chime is needed! Also important note: I put a 512gb SSD card in it and it formatted just fine, I had over the 256GB limit to use for this video doorbell! The doorbell is great and app was easy to understand. Even comes with a 15 degree backer!

I bought this to replace the Ring after the latest subscription price hike. This is a decent product with a great camera. Setup in an older home was more involved than I wanted. Had a problem with the first camera and it was immediately replaced by the manufacturer, very good service that I frankly wasn't expecting. UPDATE: In the end, kept going offline and couldn't get it to detect motion consistently, support couldn't troubleshoot. Could have been my electric or the product, still not clear.

I think this may be a good purchase but not sure. It looks good and robust and is nice and slim. Also comes with a mains plug in chime. When connected to the mains transformer it lit up ok as it should. The app is a little unhelpful for troubleshooting. I am an engineer and for the life of me I could not get it to connect to my Virgin media WIFI. After carefully reading the spec it turns out this only works on 2.4Ghz channel. You'll need to check your WIFI hub first to ascertain what channels it is supporting. My hub, when checked, was serving 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz channels but this doorbell just would not connect. I've returned it and purchased a more well know brand which worked first time.

Our 2yo wireless doorbell finally died and has been put to rest with all the other tried and tested ones over the years. In the hunt for a replacement real fast (the old one was requiring battery replacement every 4-5 hrs and converting it to being wired didn't make an ounce of difference), then a light shone and WUUK came into our vision!Connecting to our network took about 10 minutes (was very intuitive so didn't require constant referring to the manual) and connecting to electric supply roughly another 10 mins and good to go!!The fun part of this doorbell, is the feature to change the "Tone" when speaking to a caller, especially cold-callers. There's a choice of 4: Original, Male, Female and Neutral. As a female, I recently put the male tone to the test and had a laugh hearing the caller respond with "yes, sir; thank you, sir" ha! ha! ha!So, for the home-alone-female, this doorbell is a must to keeping those soliciting callers at bay without physically opening your front door and so keeping you safe by using the Tone feature.I highly recommend this doorbell.

The wired video doorbell replaces the existing traditional doorbell. It is slightly tricky to install it as you need to bypass the to play with the existing chimp. It also took me some time to replace the existing doorbell with the camera unit. I also couldn't adjust the place where I could install this due to its limitation of the length of the wire. The manual could have been better.Once everything is installed then it is pretty smooth. The app works well and is intuitive. The video quality and configurations are easy. The video quality is excellent and you can easily figure out faces. The night vision is also decent. The good part is that you can have an event-based and continuous recording, which I didn't find in many cameras and doorbells I have used recently.The event processing happens locally on the device which means that the data doesn't go anywhere and you also get some privacy.Overall, a good video doorbell for someone who wants to have an option for privacy.

From my expertise so far, this seems to be a good doorbell-At £85, I count this as affordable. In my opinion any doorbell under £100 is reasonably priced and there is tough competition with so many brands out there. This one seems great with good features. Picture quality is quite sharp and clear, and notifications arrive promptly. Build quality feels good unlike some others that are cheap thin plastic. The motion sensitivity can be easily adjusted and you can even create pre-recorded messages-Overall this doorbell seems good. It’s well priced, works well, and has plenty of features to tweak it to your preferences
