Pros: The 4 real & deep POCKETS are what's up, color is great for both summer and fall, the high waist is nice, and they don't ride up!! Cotton jean fabric is soft, and the cut is mercifully loose in the crotch. Not tight but still flattering. Belt loops are locked in well, 2 silver buttons and zipper in front seem durable. The leg roll up is sewed in. They added some light pleating to the hips, which is nice. It has survived several rough cycles through the washing machine. Color is still going strong! Sexy, comfortable, and sensible when paired with a crop top and no bra ;)Cons: I'd like the inner lining of the front pockets to be less visible (or not bright white,) since the pocket lining is slightly visible at the top of the pocket seam. So, when looking down, you can see a hint of white at the pockets. Also, because of the loose fit, my flat ass looks flatter lol!! Can't have everything.Buy them!!

I got the shorts in Large, they are true to size! They are high waisted but they dont dig into your belly! The material is thick yet stretchy giving you great coverage but you can move do comfortably with them. Button and zipper are great quality. Color and look are nice as shown in picture. Anddddd the butt looks soo good in them very flattering! Would buy again for sure.

These high-waist denim shorts are super comfortable and stylish, perfect for casual wear. The pockets are a great addition, and the relaxed fit makes them easy to move in. However, they run a bit looser than expected, so sizing down might be a good idea. Overall, a great pair of shorts for a laid-back look!

These shorts are not expensive yet the quality is outstanding. Shorts fits just as expected and sizing is perfect. Will definitely purchase again!

I bought these shorts specifically for the “wine red” color. Maroon/burgundy is my favorite color to wear, and I’ve been having a hard time finding shorts in this color (probably because it’s a fall color). The picture on Amazon shows a much deeper slightly more brown color. I know different monitors can represent colors differently, but the shorts I received are VERY red. I’ve attached a picture of them next to a pair of pants that are closer to the color I was expecting. They are quite comfortable though and a little stretchy which I like. They’re almost 100% cotton so they should be easy to dye. I’ve dyed fabric before, so I’ll keep them and give it a try since I’ve had such a hard time finding denim shorts in this color. The stitching does seem a little unfinished in places (longer thread tails that could have been trimmed by the manufacturer). Also they pick up and hold on to every piece of lint and fuzz, so you’ll need to lint roll often if you got a dark color. The fit is as I expected. I’m a 14-16 depending on the brand, and I got XL and they fit well.

These are cute and comfortable, not too long and not too short. The only complaint I have is the hem comes unfolded, and I often have to iron them back in shape despite the fact they are sewn together.

Love these shorts. They perfect around my legs and waist. They look absolutely cute!!! I just had to buy them in 3 colors. I would be careful of the heat you use while drying. They do shrink a little.

I turn 60 this year and I have not found shorts that fit this nice since the 80's. I have a smaller waist (33 in.) in comparison to my hips (44 in.) and the XL fits perfectly! I found them to be just the right length. The legs are bigger so they aren't tight on my athletic style body and I never felt like they showed my undergarments like some of the reviews mentioned. The fabric is a nice medium weight and very stretchy, but keeps its shape perfectly!The down side is that not all of the XL's were consistently the same size. I ordered 4 colors and I had to reorder the Khaki pair three times and the light denim twice to get one that was the same size as the white and dark blue pairs. That can be a little annoying, but I am so glad that I was persistent because I have really enjoyed wearing them all summer and also on our family trip to Hawai'i.One thing to keep in mind is to order your waist size. If the waist is a little tight, then the waist band will roll. As long as the waist fits comfortably, I didn't have any trouble with it rolling over. If I had more room in my drawer I would order more! I absolutely love these short and I only gave it a 4 because of the amount of effort it took to get 5 pair to fit me.
