Just the perfect thing I was looking for
Just the perfect thing I was looking for. I needed sensor light for my basement stairs because there was no light there and its dangerous at night so I found this for a good price and so far seems to be working great! It runs completely on the solar panels that collects energy from the sun during the day. It was pretty easy to setup once I drilled a hole through the wall to place the solar panel outside for sun and connected with the wire which I think was little short. But I managed to put it up and its working perfectly. It stays on for about 30 seconds after I leave but there is a option to continuously keep it on.Highly recommend it for anyone who is putting this up outside because you will not pay any extra for electricity.

So far it is a Outstanding light with great vesatility
So far I like this light. I will be doing a review on youtube of the light. I think this light may be a versatile option to the InnoGear 30LED that I have really liked. I am testing the light now and so far so good. It is brighter than the InnoGear 30LED and its solar panel gives it much more mounting versatility since it can be placed 8 feet from the light. While Its solar panel is smaller than the innogears', it puts out almost as much power. Probably higher efficiency cells. Its battery is a robust 3000mAh 18650Li battery which should prove to be perfect for this light. The InnoGear, for instance, only had a 2200mAh Li battery. This light puts out 750 lumens verses the Innogear 30LED that puts out 450 lumens If you like the InnoGear 30 LED, you will like the versatility and power of this light in my opinion. I also like the cover over the LEDs that gives the light a less invasive light and so not as hard on the eyes. Great light so far........

Lighting for “Free” (solar), what’s not to like?
It is really nice to have a automatic outdoor light at our front door. We normally park out cars in the driveway. With a motion sensing light like this one, when we pull up the front door and driveway lights up. This particular unit has 48 LEDs. It is very bright. Our older generation ones charges slowly, and also do not have the light output to make it worth while. This unit charge at 1.6W. So in theory it will take 6 to 7 hours to get fully charged. But since it is motion sensing, it is actually used very little each evening. There are three modes of operation. When it senses the ambient light is low enough to be considered dusk. It gets into ready mode. At that time you can either (1) have it come on full brightness when it detect option, or (2) stays on dimly, but comes on full bridgtness when it detect motion, or (3) just stay on dimly when it is dark outside. To save power, we have it in the first mode. You switch modes by pressing and holding the switch next to the motion sensor for 3 seconds. Finally, one feature that we do not need, but it is nice to have, is that the solar panel actually is detachable. You can mount that in a different location from the light. I can see that being useful if you are mounting the light at another side of the house that is not facing the sun, for example.Overall, we have it for a few days, and it is working nicely to keep us feeling safer and easier to find our keys to open the front door.

Good economical lights!
As an update, the seller very kindly replaced the defective items. The replacements charged right up and are working as expected!!!I ordered a total of 4 of these lights, for our outdoor grooming areas for horses. We live in Florida, and the solar sensors I put on the roof (great, long cord!!) after about 2 weeks, 2 of them stopped working. One is just completely dead, seems like its just.... broken. Cant find any defects, it just no longer lights up in any way. They are each positioned about 6 feet apart and the sun is not obstructed. the others are still going strong with no problems.so one completely broke after two weeks, and the other half-broke. it wont hold a charge. I can bring it out into the sun, to absorb energy, and then cover the sensor with my hand, and it lights up. but when I let it sit all day in the sun, it does not light up in the dark. I have tried going through the different modes. The good news is, they were so inexpensive I am not out a lot of money... but maybe I should have bought more expensive ones and not dealt with the hassle.
