This is by far an amazing pre-workout, especially for serious lifters who want that locked-in focus and a great pump to build confidence and push through the workout. If you go with a two-scoop serving, the consistency gets quite thick—more like creatine thickness than plain water—so definitely add more water per scoop if you want to avoid a heavy texture. Honestly for the money you portion I bought plenty known common products like c4 and mainstream pre-workouts the price on this is correct and you'll get better results that you've been looking for for the same price practically just a little bit more and it comes to your door that's the value aspect(Disclaimer: Not a doctor, individual results and preferences may vary.) Lol but for real 🫡

Met my expectations! Orange flavor, was a little light in flavor with 1 scoop, and 1 scoop did the work for me.

Constantly gave me diarrhea. I bought this product twice, thinking the first time was just a fluke, but soon realized after buying the second that it was the product itself. I would never buy again. Also, I tried to call customer support, but could never get a hold of anyone.

Using Wrecked pre-workout for the first time was definitely intense! It gave me a tingly sensation but also delivered a powerful burst of energy. I wouldn’t recommend it for nighttime workouts, as the effects lasted for a few hours. That said, it’s a fantastic way to get an extra push, especially when you’ve been putting in hours building your foundation at the gym.
