A clearly understandable approach baseg on a doctor's 40 years of research and practice. I was predisposed to purchasing this book after listening to Dr Leaf on McMaster U's Optimal Aging Portal (a phenomenal site)Her book lays out a doable journey to clear thinking.

So simple, scientific, and effective.
I have enjoyed Dr Leaf's books over the years, but this one is tops! If you are looking for a simple process to improve your thinking and your happiness in life this is it. It is not complicated. After reading most of the book, I went ahead and got the 3-day free trial of her app. That helped solidify the things that I had read in the book and gave me an understanding on how to do it. She does have a lot of scientific research in there on brain chemistry etc, but it is not complicated and is certainly reinforces the fact that we have the power to change our minds and thus the structure of our brain. Her You Tubes are also excellent. DR leaf is a Christian but this book does not have a spiritual focus, more of a scientific focus, but the principles seem harmonious with the word of God.
