I have been debating buying the Nutramilk for a year due to the price, but I am so glad I did. I used to use a high speed blender for 1 cup of almonds and would have almost 3/4 cup of nut meal left over after blending and straining through a bag. With this machine I can process 2 cups of almonds and have less than 1/4 of meal after straining.The machine is very quiet when it's running after the initial few seconds of blending nuts.The difference in taste is amazing! It produces a much creamier almond milk with so much less effort for me. Straining is not necessary, but I like to strain the last bit left in the machine to get as much nut milk as I can.

This is a long way from the cheapest solution. But we wanted an easy and convenient way to make additive free nut and oat milks, and that is what this does. There are cheaper options that require more steps, but for us, time/effort was more important than cost.It's a beast of a machine. You'll have to find storage space, because it eats up a lot of counter real estate.

My wife and I were so excited to purchase this machine after seeing it at our local NY coffee shop but it definitely hasn't worked as intended. If you're looking for grainy milk, this one's for you. We've wasted about $100 now of almonds, cashews, and dates trying to get smooth milk out of this machine but nothing. The grit from the almonds always makes it way into the final batch. I've emailed support multiple times trying to get this thing working out of desperation, and nothing. Finally had to comment on a Facebook post to get someone's attention but still nobody has has actually followed through. Unbelievable given the price of this machine that a) it doesn't work well and b) support doesn't respond to support/refund requests. We heard back from support after a few days of waiting offering to call us but no call came through. We'll be asking for a refund here and won't be buying a Bonavita product again. So promising but so so disappointing. At these prices, please do better as a company.

There is nothing that I dislike about this machine easy to use and clean makes great nut butter and definitely delicious milk!I definitely recommend this machine.
