This is a great toothpaste. I enjoy using it and the taste is quite pleasant and it cleans well. I have purchased this multiple times.

Unsure of no protecting cover
Didn't have the tube opening tin cover. I don't know if that's standard practice or if it was removed. So, I have tried it.I did also order another flavor and it had one. That toothpaste actually seems quite nice with a nice mild flavor and my teeth felt clean
