It soothes the throat and helps with the irritation due to allergy. One of the packs has an expiration date too soon. The delivery is from Japan and takes very long to get it.

I gave 4 stars because I did not like the Yuzu flavor.

I wanted to try these after hearing anecdotal reports that they were among "the best" lozenge products at helping maintain vocal health from the online voice actors that perform on Twitch's Critical Role (Matthew Mercer in particular). I've used them personally, but only on myself, and agree that they are a good product at delivering the soothing effects of menthol/camphor-like compounds to the vocal apparatus. I have not done controlled prospective trials, but they appear to be as good as any over-the-counter product I've run across.
