I am glad that I chose the Red 8" Dash Griddle, even tho it's still small, it's doable. I love the cheery Red color, which goes with my Red Keurig, & my Red Electric Kettle.All you have to do is plug it in, there is no on/off switch. When the blue light goes out, it's ready to use. This 8" Griddle gets very hot, so exercise care, when using it.The 8" Griddle comes with an instruction booklet, with recipes. They say that you should spray the non-stick surface, with non-stick spray, but I haven't done that, because I have read that you shouldn't spray non-stick cookware with non-stick spray, that it ruins the surface.So far, I've only used this 8" Griddle to make grilled cheese, & quesadillas. I've had no problem with anything sticking. You do need to flip whatever you are making, to cook both sides. It does cook quickly.Make sure that you unplug the Griddle, when you are done using it. Let it cool down, before cleaning it.I just take a wet paper towel, and wipe it down, which it's very easy to clean. Then I take a dry paper towel, to make sure that it's dry, so it won't rust. You cannot wash this Griddle in the sink, because it's electric. The cord is not detachable.It doesn't take up a lot of counter space, & you can stand it up.

I am SO pleased with this! I've made quesadillas perfectly browned top and bottom, I also make frozen breakfast sandwiches in it. If you've made breakfast sandwiches in the microwave, you know how unappealing they come out. Well, first I put them in this for 2-3minutes. Now that they're totally crispy and crunchy, I THEN put them into the microwave to finish the insides for about 1 minute or so. You can do this in reverse. Yes, it takes a bit longer, but they taste as good as a McMuffin! Finally!Next, eggs! Put 2-4 eggs in, close it, they'll come out Over easy, med, well, however you want them AND they're not burnt or crispy. Add butter to the bottom for extra flavor, but NOT needed.Next, doggy bags! Hamburger with bacon. The bacon is always soggy the next day. Remove the bun carefully and put the burger in this. Nice and crispy bacon and a warmed up burger in just a couple minutes!Same for fried fish leftovers. This is THE most easy, economical, compact device that does So much!It DOES HEAT UP, TOP AND bottom simultaneously! And storage is so easy. I do wish there was an ON & OFF switch, and there is NO temperature control....BUT, the manufacturer description is SPOT ON accurate, so read before buying for any questions. It's made for the perfect temperature for ANYTHING you want. Great size.Super easy cleanup and makes many things, use your imagination. Nice portable size. Not too small, the mini couldn't do what this can do.

I purchased this griddle 8 months ago, and I use it at least once a day. It heats up quickly and evenly. Great for toasting bagels or English muffins, and absolutely perfect for quesadillas. Works great for eggs or a quick mini pizza too.The only downside is that there's no choice of temperature, and the cooking plates aren't removable which makes it a bit annoying to clean if you've cooked anything messy. But those features all add to the cost, so this griddle is just perfect at the price point.I originally had the DASH Mini Maker, which is the same as this but half the size. I'm glad I upgraded because this larger model is a lot more versatile while still being compact enough to store easily. I've never been disappointed by a DASH product, and this is no exception. A very handy little thing to have around.

I first used mine for a quesadilla. I was amazed that the size of my tortilla was perfect for this as that I what I usually buy. They are 7-1/2” round. I did notice that the top lid of the unit does not get as hot as the bottom base where you lay your tortilla or grilled cheese. For that I deduct one-star.It is a Non-stick unit but I sprayed just a bit for an egg, using the bottom base only. It did cook pretty evenly. I am happy with my purchase and think it’s a great gift for anyone.

There’s only 2 of us to cook for and I was hoping to conserve some electricity from the electric stove, so here we are! The best pancakes I’ve ever tasted came from this! We’re trying all kinds of different foods to try. Grilled cheese and sandwiches are so tasty! The cooking from on top and bottom is great, though I do flip and continue for a few minutes more. Clean up is so easy. It heats up quickly and I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. The ideas are endless! Their rice cooker is my next purchase.

I bought this little skillet because I had an omelette maker that made half moons and I gave it away as I wanted my brother to try it and he loves it. I figured I would try this one to make a round omelette and it works really well! I find the skillet heats up very quickly and the omelettes are a perfect personal size. I tried cooking bacon on it and it did a great job and quick. So far, I’m loving this skillet. The cleaning is quick and little mess. I recommend this for someone who is looking for a quick clean up, quick cooking surface.

This handy griddle has been my goto favorite since I received it. I've successfully cooked a variety of items including turkey bacon and eggs, grilled cheese and sausages, and look forward to trying pizza, quesadeas, and pancakes, etc. Cleanup is super quick. I'm happy with my purchase.

Echa a volar tu imaginación 😏: quesadillas, sandwiches, mini pizzas, omelettes, pan de elote, hotcakes, tortitas de atún, empanadas, filetitos o milanesas, vegetales, brownies... Lo que requiera sartén u horno, te lo cocinará o lo recalentará.Tip: si haces un omelette deja al menos 5 minutos que infle y levante antes de asomarte, para que no se desinfle y encoja. Cuando esté, desconecta y deja un par de minutos sin destapar, mientras tuesta pan o sirvete una bebida, y quedará perfecto 👌🏻Para limpiar usa una servitoalla humedecida, y súper fácil 🙌🏻
