Worked for my 87 force outboard
Color scheme was way different but wasn’t hard to cross reference with pics from the ad and sticker on my engine, worked great.

Worked Great - Perfect Fit
I was incredibly impressed with the ease and simplicity of replacing my old boat ignition switch. This new one that came was perfectly color coded and was an easy swap. Took me about 20 minutes since then I've been starting the boat reliably and I've had absolutely zero issues, I look forward to years of use with this ignition switch. It worked perfectly for my 1998 Mercury 100ELPTO.

Too Big
The switch is nice but just a bit to big for the housing. Now, the back of the control box won't close all the way. Instead of doing it again, I had to run electrical tape along the side of the box to keep the water out. Mercury 90ELPTO

Works as should
Havent used enough yet it's too cold for fishing but it has worked everytime I've used it, only time will tell if its durable or not would buy again if needed
