Spredz Toe Spreaders

I have tried several of these toe stretchers and at some point I will write a full comparison, but so far I can say these stretchers have widest spacing I've experienced. I am pretty used to toe stretchers and these ones still gave me discomfort, providing a super widening-feeling stretch. I actually go walk around the block and sometimes take longer walks in these things. The bottom platform provides a significant toe-lift at the MTP joint. The first few times I wore these things and walked around I felt like my foot was going to split apart. I'm sure some stuff in there is in fact literally splitting apart. I can feel and hear things cracking and popping, in my feet and in my lower leg and even my knee and I'll swear I can even feel the effects on my hip function.

I'm a waiter approaching middle age who has always taken good care of his feet. Earlier in the year, I started to experience pain, fatigue and cramping in my left foot after work that would persist for days. I got these toe spreaders and noticed a difference in how my feet feel after only a week of use. They REALLY spread your toes out and relax the tendons and meta-tarsals. Now I only use them once a week for maintenance. These spreaders really do work.

It's a good quality product, but does not quite fit every foot shape like the Yoga Toes product.If you have bunions, I suggest Yoga Toes because your toes will stay in the product bettern.However, it's still a great product!

They were too thick. We had to cut them apart to use them. We would have needed giant feet to use them without cutting them apart.

Difficult to put on; once you get them on, they work OK.

Just not comfortable, does not fit the smaller range of shoe sizes. It may fit better for larger feet.
