This mat does a really good job of 'catching' any scattered litter by one's Fur Baby(ies). Once the litter is on the mat, for the most part, it will NOT allow it to be picked up by shoes. The tightly net fibers retain the litter very well and works as advertised.Cleanup: Do NOT expect a vacuum to suck up 100% of the litter that makes it to this mat. It's just not going to happen. If one wants to get all the litter removed from this mat, one will need to roll it half up and carry it outside and hang it up, to either beat it lose, or spray it off with a solid stream with your garden hose. Actually, it's NOT that difficult to clean up, so don't over-think it. Other people who have purchased this may have different ways of contending with the captured litter.So, if you're wanting a mat that will catch litter that you don't want all over the carpet or wood/tile floor, then I recommend this mat.

Likes: the mat is a great size and easily fits two of the disposable litter boxes I use (nature’s miracle jumbo). Mat does a great job of collecting litter off kitty’s feet so it is not all over the place. So it does what it’s suppose to!Con: mat almost does too good of a job holding onto litter. Not the easiest to clean. If you run a vacuum over the mat, you will only pick up a little more than half the litter. The crystals I use seem to get stuck in the fibers of the mat really good. Even taking the mat outside and beating it still will not get ALL of the litter out. To clean properly, I have to scrub the mat with a scrub brush in my bathtub. Even after that I still managed to miss a few spots. Also annoying if kitty pukes or poops on mat... that’s not a fun clean up! I would rather kitty pukes on floor because it would be easier to clean up.Overall I would recommend. Just be aware that it is not as easy to clean as described. You will have to scrub it every few weeks (maybe more if you are a clean freak!)

Best mat we have ever used. Finally a mat that truly is large enough to hold a big litter box AND still has room for the cat to step on when he/she finishes. Lays flat and is heavy enough not to curl up or be pulled up when running the vacuum over it. It does have a slight petroleum smell to it that is noticeable for several days if used in an enclosed area (we have mats in enclosed/non-enclosed areas and didn't notice the smell in the larger area placement) so you may want to leave out for a day or two before placing the mat in its desired location. The smell however did not bother our cats and they quickly welcomed it to their area as can be seen with Ruff lying on it.

So I got the first one and it was AWESOME. Then I saw this little piece of cardboard paper with iPrimio's sign on it and it said "If you are 100% satisfied please rate us on Amazon and write a review." And I was like I am MORE than satisfied! In fact, I was so pleased and satisfied that I went ahead and purchased a second one! The measurements are true and the mats work wonders. My kitten even pooped on one of the mats a few weeks back, and I could clear up the mess easily. The poop didn't even get into the mesh surface! I am not only 100% satisfied, I also encourage all you cat owners to get yourselves one of these mats and let out a sigh of relief as these put an end to the cat-litter-all-over-the-place drama!Thank you, iPrimio!

Great size and color. (The blue is more of a light teal than greyish as pictured.) However, it's definitely NOT waterproof. I have a cat that's a little fussy and if the litterbox isn't up to his standards, he will go on the mat. I've had to clean a lot under the mat for one small accident, almost like it spreads while under the mat. If you don't anticipate liquid getting on it, it's a great mat.

It is doing the job for which I purchased it. The mat is a good size, you certainly don't want one any smaller! This mat really keeps the litter close by the litter box and on the mat instead of being tracked all over my bedroom as the cats walked out of the bathroom. The only problems are: the mat came with wrinkles (presumable from shipping?) I haven't been able to get it to flatten out all the way yet. I did receive an email from the seller telling me to place a soft cloth on the mat and then use an iron on low heat to press out the wrinkles. Well, I don't have an iron yet, but it does look as though time is going to eventually flatten the mat out. One more thing, the mat sticks to the linoleum floor. I mean pieces of the mat are left behind on the floor when I lift it to vacuum! But all in all, the price was right, and the size is perfect. You will pay almost $36 for one this size by a competitor, and this one does the job!

Thank goodness for this mat! I bought a few at the store and everytime they were so tiny- which is pointless in my opinion. It captures so much litter (which does make it hard to clean as the litter falls in the cracks, we vacuum and shake it and still never get it all, Id like to get the litter out before washing it) I have washed it in the wash machine and it came out unruined! If it ever wears out or I need another I'd buy it again.

I love this mat!!! As a full time cat mom with 5 of my own and a foster mom from anywhere from 3-7 cats or kittens at a time, I need a strong, functional, and dependable mat to keep up with the high demands of my litter room. Not only does this mat keep the litter in the mat and off my floor, but also centralises any spills in a liquid nature. I tried out one for a week and gave invested in a second for my other litter boxes. Mat fits two large, nonhooded litter boxes comfortably. I do use XL to Jumbo litter boxes because of the constant litter room demands so keep that in mind for your personal litter room specs. Overall: traps litter and liquids like a beast. No odd rubber smell. Cats don't mind stepping on it. 5/5 review.

I bought two mats for my house and one for my son’s home. They do hold the cat litter in a good amount, but to clean them if the cats make a mess, it is very hard to get everything out. We think we will have to use the hose to do a throughly clean during summer. Also, you have to be careful if you want to vacuum them. It might damage the material it’s made of.

it fits well with my cats, large enough for space all around, keep the litter on the mat not on the floor
