I purchased this light on October6. The light worked well about seven times before it quit completely on the 10th time. It seemed to have a defective on/off switch. Customer service was great they replaced the light with no hassle. Getting on with the light itself. The light comes in a handsome presentation box and has an adjustable head for flood light or longer range spotlight. The light comes with a USB glass breaker for emergencies and aa USB charger . The light is good for household use and camping. The only complaint I have is that it seems you have to be Asian to replace the silicon heads on the glass breaker and USB port. I am a flashlight collector and own flashlights costing from $15 to well over $200. I give the company five stars for service and four stars for the light.

For the price it’s a very bright light

So the flashlight ships with a sleeve with smaller lithium batteries. With the smaller batteries the flashlight doesn't run for very long, I walk my dog in the dark and the light barely lasted 2 walks. I removed the sleeve and put the larger batteries in and now the flashlight lasts through 7 or 8 walks.The rubber covers for the USB and the glass break spike don't stay in place. I don't really care about the glass break spike, but when it rains water gets in the USB slot.The flashlight is very bright and the zoom function works well. The on off switch is in a good place. Keep in mind that from the high setting you will have to press the button a couple of times to turn the flashlight out or hold the button down for an extended period (not a big deal for me). Like most of the flashlights I've purchased at this price point, the LEDs indicating the battery life are very inaccurate, so I carry a spare light as I can't depend on the indicator to tell me when to charge the light.

This superb flashlight with an unusual name, Miaoke, has taken the crown among my many flashlights. See the beam from this one side-by side with my dethroned former champ, at night on a desolate desert road. The color temp is much cooler, more of a true white that borders on blue.Zoomed out it casts a square beam, as do most inexpensive (and some not so inexpensive) flashlights, but this one casts it really far. Rain began to fall so I didn't get a photo of street signs in town a half-mile away yet still reflecting light from this thing. Zoomed in, it casts a wide beam that's still very bright and suitable for searches or large groups. Very versatile.The body is wonderfully textured and the head is beautifully contoured. The industrial-looking switch nicely contrasts with what can be described as an elegant-looking flashlight. Sorry, I know that sounds corny but it's true.Alas, all's not perfect. The glass breaker in the base is needlessly pointy, almost sharp. It has a rubber cap, but the cap doesn't cap as a cap should cap; it falls off, left to dangle from its dangly thing. I simply removed the threaded glass breaker. Its pointiness really wouldn't be a problem, but I'm so used to pushing a button on the base of a flashlight that I kept poking my tender li'l fingers.Next, the rubber cover for the USB-C charging port won't stay put. The cover has a needless little tab that I keep brushing and pushing the cover off. I might just trim the tab off the cover.Neither of these are serious issues, but I take my reviews seriously and thought I should mention them.Finally, this would make a fantastic gift! Really, especially for the current price with the proffered 50% off coupon. What made me think gift? Well first of all, one can never have too many flashlights. I lost count of how many I have years ago. Some people collect stamps, and my wife collects parking tickets; I collect flashlights. So, what got me into gift-giving mode? No, not holiday music and decorations in the local stores. It's only mid-August, so give it a couple of weeks. I thought of gifts when I opened the box. The box is so, so nice that it screams "I'm expensive!" Seriously, the box lid covers the entire box snugly, something like you'd get with a $1,000 cellphone. Nice packaging for a nice, useful product.

I ordered this to use around my property at night. I live in a suburb that doesn't have street lights and where you can see the nighttime sky easily at night, so needless to say, it gets pitch black dark at night.When I received it, it arrived in a nice gift type box. Although I didn't buy this to give as a gift, after my experience with this flashlight so far, I will definitely be buying a few of these for Christmas gifts. This will work right out of the box however, I recommend charging this up to 100% first before using it. Charging the batteries first upon initial use will help increase the overall life of the batteries. The charger is built into the flashlight, so all you need to do is use the supplied USB-C cable to charge it. Or you can use your cellphone USB-C charger to charge it up. There are charging lights that will blink when it's charging then all will turn solid blue when it's charged 100%.I first started using this a few nights ago, and I must say, it is the brightest LED flashlight I have the privilege of owning. This thing is SUPER bright. It lite up my entire backyard. There are only two brightness levels, High and Low. You can adjust between each one with a simple press of the button.The telescoping lens will either widen or narrow the width of the light. The bottom of the light serves as a good tool for breaking a window. You could have this in the car to use as an emergency light. If you get into a car accident, the bottom of the light can be used to break the car window to escape. However, the size of the flashlight is not a practical size for storing in a car. The size is more practical for taking on a camping trip or storing in the garage for later use.This flashlight reminds me of the Mag light because of it's shape, feel and overall use. I will be ordering another one of these flashlights for my other property.
