Love it
This is my favorite instructor, great work outs in a short amount of time. You also get the benefit of great core work with most of the workouts. The secret is working very hard, so much that it feels like the 30 minutes will never end,but it does and you will get stronger every time.

Better workout than you expect
If you are used to kickboxing routines, this will seem fairly not-challenging but the next day, my upper arms were sore, which was surprising. Kelly is very no-nonsense and while she cues well, she doesn't spend a lot of time with chit chat, which I really liked. I really would recommend this DVD from a beginner to experienced kick boxer.

Love the shadow boxing on this DVD!
I have about every Kelly Coffey DVD that exists, no I'm serious! And I would have to say this is one of my absolute favorites..if you like shadow boxing buy it quick. You will love it!

Favorite Cardio Workout, Great Value!
This is my favorite cardio workout! My original one got scratched, and I promptly re-ordered it, I liked it so much. There are two workouts: boxing and aero-tone. The boxing workout is composed of 8 count combos of jabs, hooks and crosses mixed with shuffles and dips. The aero-tone combos range from cross-chops to reverse lunges. There's bonus abs and arms floorwork. I love the extensive list of pre-mixes; my current favorite is the 47 mix of boxing and aerotone. As with many of Kelly's other DVDs, one of her "girls" shows modified versions of the exercises. Following those modifications, this becomes a lower impact workout, if you have concerns about your knees or downstairs neighbors. I think Kelly is both hilarious and motivating on this DVD. There is zero dread factor for me for this one!

AWESOME!
I found this workout for free "on demand" thru my cable. I dismissed it as too hard for about a month (hadn't worked out in long time!). But, finally tried it after doing easier workouts for month or so and WOW! My arms look amazing, not mention the rest of me! I have only done the boxing workout, and added weighted gloves after a month of doing it without them. I LOVE this workout and she is just fun and motivating to work out with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

One of my favorites from Kelly C-M
I owned about 6 of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's DVDs prior to this purchase. I had bought her kick-boxing 30 min one, and have yet to get back into it. Although good, it was too "dance-y" for me. Although the moves on this DVD are basic, it allows you to really push yourself. I used weighted gloves for the first time for the first work out, and wow...I really felt it. The second work out, I felt even more. It's a solid DVD, with basic moves that really work when repeated and your limits are pushed. I'm currently in a "Maintenance" phase of my training...and I find Kelly's DVD's perfect to keep me interested and in check.

Good fast paced workout
We alternate this DVD with her muscle definition DVD throughout the week and we get a well rounded exercise schedule that is working very good for us.

Great boxing workout. I really like the length of the workout - along with the moves. Would like more of the same!
