Q: For those who have made a recent purchase, is this Downy the new scent or have they gone back to the original scent?

It's the original scent. However, I miss Downy Mountain Spring with the green top.

Q: Why can't I get Downy fabric softener deliver to my home?

Q: Has anyone else had trouble with concentrated Downy getting super thick and not wanting to poor?

Possible Fix: I've had this happen a few times when I stock up on Downy, and the older stuff is no long watery, but rather is thick (such as in oatmeal). What I found has worked is to get an old Downey container with a screw on cap, and fill it 1/4 or 1/3 with the thick goop, and pour in the rest with hot to warm water (leaving about two inches from the cap), and start shaking it for about 5 mins on and off. After you do this, it will become watery again, but obviously, not as concentrated. I would then use the amount recommended, but accounting for the 3:1 or 4:1 dilution. Note, the thicker it is, the more water dilution is recommended (I typically use 4:1, but have gone as high as 5:1 when it's really thick).
