I used this for reading very small print, Excellent item for reading small print Highly delighted with this product

it works well but needs careful positioning for the light ,as It causes reflections and shadows under or next to a lamp. I found it good for reading my knitting pattern as its a case of using it briefly to read a line and putting it down again rather than holding it all the time. I needed to prop my book up on a pillow in bed to use this rather than holding it up as I usually do and putting the main room light on rather than the overhead wall light. Very useful for reading those far too small instructions on a bottle or a leaflet. Good to have as my cataracts get worse .

My husband couldn't read small print but now he's delighted with his magnifying glass.He can read anything again.

This is a repeat purchase and I now have one in every room in the house. I have rapidly deteriorating eyesight (AMD) and these are invaluable to me. I have tried others but this model suits me best.

I hate the battery compartment, I put the batteries in and when the lights refused to come on, I realised that I had put the batteries in the wrong way round (I am partially sighted). I manage to extract two batteries with ease but have not been able to extract the third because it appears to be stuck on a plastic lip and will not slide out. It is very disappointing in that regard.The magnification is good however so I guess I will have to use it without the LED lights. The item was well packaged and comes with a drawstring bag. I would have given it 5 stars but the battery issue has ruined it. It would be better if the manufacturer of the product had fitted the batteries due to the cost of the item bearing in mind they are selling this product to people who have severe visual impairments.

I found it easy to use it the book of paper were on a flat surface not so good if holding book in your hand.

The size of item is great and very light to hold when reading especially for the older person

This magnifier works well and is firm enough to hold in one hand and does not bend or distort print. Good magnification. Would recommend

Little expensive, but a good product
