It is a little early to give it 5 stars and I need to have bloodwork drawn to see if it does what I’m hoping it will. For now, I’m sleeping through the night very soundly. That in and of itself is wonderful.

The Gotu Kola Herb Liquid Extract comes in a dark bottle and should be kept cool, away from direct exposure to light. While it is suggested to mix this extract with juice or water, I decided to provide you with more information about its flavor by trying a droplet directly on my tongue. Initially, for about a second, I sensed a slightly bitter taste, which then transformed into a mild sweetness (doesnt contain sugar, sweetness comes from vegetable glycerin). I assume that if you were to add it to juice or water, its taste might be virtually indiscernible.I know Gotu kola has a long history of use in the medicinal systems of Central Asia. It's believed to be beneficial for boosting mental activity and helpful to fight with high blood pressure. However, I'm not aware of any scientific studies that confirm or support these claims. The bottle includes a statement mentioning that the benefits have NOT been evaluated by the FDA. As a result, I find it challenging to assess its effectiveness in these aspects. Consequently, my rating will be based solely on packaging, taste, and ease of use. I would give it a 5/5 star rating.
