This works great my bow is always at ready while waiting for the big buck to walk under my stand

Has bad reviews but work great us!
Almost didn’t order this for my wife due to the bad review. Lots of the reviews said the the couldn’t get it tighten enough that the bow wouldn’t move. We didn’t have any problem with it and she’s used in on about 6 sits. Seems to be as tight as the day I put it on. I will say that the plastic nut can dig into your back when carrying the stand. I was able to adjust the backpack straps so it didn’t dig in. I think think that I might just put a regular hex nut on, cut the bolt and wrap it in camo vet wrap. Just ordered another for my stand.

Poor design and cheap material
The bolt stripped the first time I tried to install it and would not hold a bow.

Perfect for holding your bow on a climber and for tieing up your hoist rope
Very easy to install on my climber. Very sturdy. I use it to tie up my pull rope when I’m packing my climber out

Needs Instructions
Installed fine to my climber, but I could never figured out how to get my bow to stay upright in it. Issue is probably me, but since there are no instructions provided, I could never get it worked.

3.5 stars
Summit must make different size arms for all their stands. This does not fit anywhere on the Viper stand except for the arms going up the sides. And then, you have to move the cushion to be able to even do that.I can't leave the holder on my stand when I nest it together, otherwise it won't nest correctly; it'll leave a large gap between the top and bottom. So, I have to unscrew it every time I get up a tree and before I climb back down.other than that nonsense, it works great. Its rubber coating on the forks works great when you put your bow in and out of the holder.I recommend this as long as you don't mind having to install it to use it, or if you don't mind that your Viper stand doesn't nest correctly.I'm attaching a picture showing how it doesn't nest correctly if you leave it on.

Perfect
I use this for my bow and my rifle. It's small and doesn't get in the way of anything. It does loosen up from time to time but it's easy just to tighten it back up. Great if you just need something simple.

Truly universal design
Easy to set up. Really strong and secure. Coated, quiet materials. Fits my Rivers Edge hang on foot rest and most ladder stands too.
