Just Enough Research: Second Edition Paperback – 21 Oct. 2019

As a Lead UR, I've always loved this book as it provides an excellent, practical overview of how to carry out effective user research. Not only does the book offer a wealth of knowledge, it's also shot through with humour which makes it enjoyable to read as well as informative.Highly recommended for anyone doing user research, or wanting to learn more about it.

This book is excellent. Recommended for anybody new to research, UX or product design and wants to learn from the best.

I'm a Snr UR, I still reference this book to orient myself.It's packed with mature insights, steps and ethical considerations, all laid out in a digestible, readible way - a joy to revisit.
