Soothing warmth helped mid back pain
Found this heat pad amazing. Fairly easy to stick on my vest top (with a bit of help). Stuck firmly. Found it best to stick it on a tight top as it stayed where I needed the heat. Didn't take long to warm up (about 10-15mins). The heat is very soothing. I have problems with mid back pain and this heat pad really helps.

Work really well and stick satisfactorily
These heat up really well and they stick. They are very efficient and stay warm for several hours. Would definitely recommend.

They work
These are designed for the back but i am using them on my hip. They do give out noticable heat which lasts all day.I have reduced my intake of painkillers since I started using these.

Perfect for long airplane journeys!
I tried out this product on a recent flight, and wanted to answer some questions that I had, and you might have. Can you go through airport security with it?I didn't have any issues taking this through Heathrow security. There's no metal, and it doesn't have gel, so nothing particularly stood out. I did Google beforehand (and it told me that it was fine), but it's always fuzzy until you're actually there. I kept it still in the packaging and only put it on after I got through security. This was intentional, as the scanners can throw a strop with things like receipts in pockets or the bottom of your jeans being folded. It was just easier for everyone to bring it in the original packaging in my backpack, so they know what it is, and deal with it on the other side. How do I put it on?I was pretty confused about which side of the undershirt to put it on. In the end, I put it so it wasn't against my skin, just in case. It heated up just fine for me. Probably looks a bit weird if you're just wearing a shirt, but if you're bringing this to an airport, people are wearing PJs, so who's going to judge? When does the heat take hold?It can take a little while to heat up. I didn't really notice much of a difference for the first hour or two, although it was slowly building up. My ideal temperature kicked in after those two hours. Eight hours after that, it was still hot. I felt like it still had several hours in it, but by that point it had done its job, and I was heading to bed. Maybe in retrospect, I should have opened and moved it around a little bit before sticking it on my shirt to get it warmer quicker. I don't know if it would have made a difference, but as it's triggered by air, it might have. (Will test this out next time.)Was it actually useful? It did make a big difference having it with me on the flight. I usually get pain at the small of my back due to the airplane seats, but not really had it this time. My shoulders are jealous that they didn't have one, though. Definitely noticing the difference! Was it sticky? If you're wearing just an ordinary top, you wouldn't have any issue. I found it to be pretty good. I saw a couple of comments about it not being sticky enough, and I wondered if they were wearing something stretchy or if it was just one-off issue. This kind of item is best on something slightly loose and cotton. I wore a black vest and didn't have an issue with it coming off. I also wore a backpack and coat, so there were a lot of things brushing up against it. Just to note, I also didn't take it off and move its position, just in case it was a one-time placement. How hot does it get?If you have an electric shoulder/back heater and you tend to put it near the higher numbers (around 2/3 or 5/10 and above depending on the scales for your heater), this heat level should be fine for you. It also depends on whether you are leaning against it for a long time. I was as I was sitting against it, so for me the heat would have been more direct. If you're walking around and moving, that's going to impact the heat transfer too.

Very warm but poor stick
Yes the heat does last 18hrs and yes they are extra warm(amazingly so!) BUT I found the pack heavy when in position and they didn’t stick for anywhere near what I thought. I placed the pack around 3pm by 11pm it was not sticky at all
