Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil 7.2oz, 4pack Comes with 1 Eelicious spoon

I ordered this on 9/26 and today 10/17 the UPS tracking says UPS is still not in possession of the package. This chili oil is great, but I would recommend getting it from a different seller.

I received the product on time. However, when I opened the box, it was obvious that the jars had leaked. The lids on two of the four jars were open and the tops were popped. I would like replacements for the damaged jars, but there is no option to return/replacement this item. This is highly disappointing.
