Introduction to the Methods of Grigori Grabovoi

Giving this a 5-star as I found it a great help when getting started with Dr. Grigori Grabovoi's work. It's quite a small book but the English is good and as said, it was a great help when I was floundering with the initial books I'd bought of Dr. Grabovoi's - the translations not being very good, so difficult to understand.

This book expands on the Methods of Healing book to give you further exercises, which you may well recognise if you have read Concentration Exercises.The book has diagrams of the techniques which can otherwise be hard to decipher from Grabovoi's books.A must read if you are looking into Grigori Grabovoi's methods of healing

Great book to start learning Dr G.P. Grabovoi's methods. I have personally tested the exercises from this book and they have worked for me every time. Highly recommended.
