Excellent concealed carry case

Great idea
There is a lot to like about this concealment carrying case. First, the typical criminal is probably not going to steal a Bible if he sees this on your bookshelf or in your car. Second, it is the proper size for a Bible and when you place a firearm in it, it is the appropriate weight for a Bible. Someone could easily pick this up and have no idea what it contained. Third, the interior holster can be manipulated to place the firearm at an angle so it can easily hold a typical handgun and spare magazine. Fourth, the case is sturdy and firm enough so that it won't cave in and cause the firearm to "print." Finally, I love the symbolism associated with the case.On the downside, the lettering is what I would call "gold foil." It really could be better and needs to be on the spine instead of just the cover. As it is, the words "Holy Bible" are only on the cover. I do not expect the lettering to be very durable if I carry this regularly, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. The zipper locks, but it really feels like a stuck zipper when it is utilized. It might slow down an honest person who is being nosy, but it would be no match for anyone who is determined to open the case. It is not a safe; it is designed for being carried. Despite these minor drawbacks, the leather feels great and I really like having this case.

I wanted something to store my revolver in instead of being loose in a drawer. It was also important to me that it not be readily identifiable as a handgun (in case someone broke in while I wasn’t home). Very happy with my purchase!
